By purchasing, redeeming, and/or using The New York Ticket mobile or printed ticket issued by Madame Tussaud’s New York LLC. on behalf of yourself, any accompanying minor or other person for whom you are responsible or authorized to act, you agree to the following terms and conditions with Madame Tussaud’s New York LLC.

References to ‘you, yourself’ mean references to you, any accompanying minor or other person for whom you are responsible or authorized to act in your party booking, including in your capacity as party leader

References to ‘we, us, MTNY’ mean references to Madame Tussaud’s New York LLC.

References to ‘Madame Tussauds’ means the attraction Madame Tussauds in New York which is included in The New York Ticket and which is operated by MTNY

References to ‘Third Party Attraction’ means any event, service or attraction which is included in the The New York Ticket and which is not owned or operated by MTNY

References to ‘Third Party Attraction Providers’ means any legal entity which owns or operates a Third Party Attraction, together with their subcontractors, agents, vendors, contractors, delegates, assignees or any other entity engaged with the provision of the Third Party Attraction

References to ‘Participating Attractions’ means Madame Tussauds and Third Party Attractions

References to ‘ticket’ refer to The New York Ticket product

Booking Terms & Conditions

The party leader must be authorized to make the booking on the basis of these terms and conditions by all persons named on the booking and by their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 when the booking is made. The party leader is responsible for making all payments due to us. The party leader must be at least 18 years old when the booking is made. All bookings must be made online via the website. Your booking will be confirmed by a booking reference and we will reconfirm your booking by email. We will also send the The New York Ticket electronically to the provided email address, which you may use to gain entry to the Participating Attractions. The confirmation and The New York Ticket are sent to the email address which you enter/provide at the time of making your booking. It is your responsibility to ensure a valid email address is provided, and to ensure that your email service does not filter or block emails from us. Upon your request, we may re-send booking confirmation emails, but otherwise bear no responsibility for your inability to receive our emails. Please check your booking confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information on the confirmation appears to be incorrect or incomplete, but we cannot guarantee that any changes to your booking will be possible.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

These terms and conditions form a contract between you and MTNY for the supply of The New York Ticket and becomes binding when the booking process is complete and you receive a booking reference. This contract incorporates Madame Tussauds' standard terms and conditions available here: https://www.madametussauds.com/new-york/policies/terms-conditions/. This contract and all matters arising out of it are governed by both the law of the state of New York and applicable Federal law.

We are committed to providing great value offers to our customers. We may offer seasonal specials and promotions and in some circumstances prices may go up or down. The price of your The New York Ticket will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. We will do so as soon as we become aware of the error. A total price of your The New York Ticket will be given before you confirm your booking. All prices include tax.

Once a booking reference has been issued it will not be possible to amend or transfer your booking.

Each ticket can be used for a one-time admission only to each of the Participating Attractions. Each The New York Ticket must be redeemed and used prior to the expiration date. The New York Ticket will expire either 60 days after the activation date listed on your The New York Ticket or on any stated expiration date, whichever date is earlier. The New York Tickets cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.  You must present the digital ticket or a print out of the digital ticket at each Participating Attraction in order to gain entry.  Please note that your email confirmation is not the same as your ticket, and only the ticket will be accepted for entry.

The New York Ticket provides you with a right to access the Participating Attractions, subject to these terms and conditions.

Your access to and use of the Third Party Attractions is subject to the standard terms and conditions of each of the Third Party Attractions, available here:

You acknowledge and agree that MTNY is not responsible for operating, organizing, facilitating or delivering any Third Party Attractions, and that Third Party Attractions may cease their operations or participation in The New York Ticket entirely or in part for a variety of reasons. MTNY is only responsible for supplying tickets for the Third Party Attractions as part of The New York Ticket in accordance with these terms. MTNY accepts no duty of care to you with respect to the operation of Third Party Attractions, and is not responsible for any changes in hours, temporary closures or denial of your access or entry to any Third Party Attraction. We advise you to fully review and understand the standard terms and conditions of each Third Party Attraction before purchasing The New York Ticket. However, despite anything to the contrary in the standard terms and conditions of the Third Party Attractions, these The New York Ticket terms and conditions will govern with respect to all matters regarding sales, refunds, expiration, and payments of The New York Ticket.

MTNY reserves the right to amend these terms by giving you at least 30 days’ prior notice.

All The New York Ticket sales are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased unless you are entitled to be given a refund under any applicable laws.  MTNY is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

By purchasing The New York Ticket and visiting the Participating Attractions, you willingly assume all potential risks including but not limited to potential illness, injury, hazards, or property loss, whether before, during or after your visit.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By visiting each Participating Attraction, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTNY shall not be liable for:

  • Any failure, breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation, default, or misconduct of a Third Party Attraction Provider
  • Any pure economic loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of earnings, loss of reputation, loss of enjoyment, or any consequential, punitive or special damages arising with respect to the supply of The New York Ticket or the use of the Third Party Attractions (in all cases whether arising directly or indirectly)
  • Except where arising as a result of the negligence of MTNY, any personal injury or death arising directly or indirectly in connection with the operation of Third Party Attractions
